"Appalachian Spirit Gallery celebrates art, sculpture, music, and other surprises at June 8th Second Friday ArtWalk”
Appalachian Spirit Gallery, 144 W. Main Street in Marion, Virginia, celebrates the 2nd Friday ArtWalk on June 8th from 5 until 8PM with an art opening for the talented Johnson family—mother Donna Suzie, daughter Abbey, and son Jesse creator of “Ninjatron.”. Also included is friend Laurel Cheromei and the children of the Grace of God Children’s Project.
Music on the porch will be provided by “Stolen Apples” comprised of Mark Merz and Chrystle Gates with music beginning at six. Please bring chairs or blankets for lawn seating. The Spirit Railroad Express model train exhibit in the lower level of the gallery will be open during Art Walk hours.
The 2nd Friday “Alive after Five” Art Walk runs from one end of downtown Marion to the other—art, crafts, music, jewelry, special events, exhibits, and more. The Art Walk begins at Appalachian Spirit Gallery and meanders throughout shops and eateries ending at the Gallery on 16.
